The programme also addresses Nutrition, especially for those who have chrnic diseases such as tuberculosis & HIV Aids. I concentrate on recycling and also greening the ennvironment using indigenous plants as companion plants, wind breaks, fences etc & incorporate traditional crops. Health for humans & the environment is further stressed by using organic & permaculture methods- no pesticide for anyone!.
The area that I work in is in the Garden Route (Western Cape) in South Africa. Unfortunately these will be still photographs- not film. Is that ok & where do I send them to? I also have A document with background information that I can submit..
