This performance is a VCS3 patch that reacted to the environment in which it is played. The environment is a 10 story stairwell in the former Rainier brewery. The reverb time of this space is near 15 seconds! This patch allows me to feel the vibrations and the harmonic resonance of the space. I'm sorry for the poor human that got caught in the stairwell while this exorcise was going on!

Like last year, i've been mixing all day yesterday and came up with a very bizarre 111111 track that mixes noise, electronics and orchestra. i'm on the video now.

I'm going to a Casting Crowns concert on 11/11/11 in Tupelo MS! I plan on video taping some of their concert! I might find some other things to videotape that day as well!

I will be filming various artists from London rapping/singing about their life in London. Some in the studio also making music, some walking down the street while life still goes on around them

This year i will be doing a composition that is designed to react with the space that i will be performing in. This composition is based on the XILS3 synth plugin which is an emulation of the VCS3. The oscillation that it provides will be interacting with the ambiance of the space. The space is the Old Rainier Brewery in Seattle which is currently occupied by Tully's Coffee. the stairwell provides a massive reverb time of nearly 15 sec!!! let's see what happens and hopefully I can post the results on 11.11.11 at 11.11.11pm
