Open Call : ‘A VOUS LA PAROLE’
Activism action for the Environment & the Water

The ancient Greeks said ' Συν Αθηνά και χείρα κίνει' That means, We should not expect everything from God. We must also do something. So, we must have action for a better world. Without PAIN, without CRY, without SHAME, without WHY!
Our actions is like a boomerang, always turn back to us.
Everything happen near or far away from us, must concern us.
I send the following letter to people from Kenya, (18-68) through the social network :

" Hi from Greece.
The most beautiful roses imported to Europe (70%) come from Kenya. Sold by large supermarkets at very good prices. But what happen in Kenya?
Roses need enormous quantity of water. Something rare in African countries and absolutely necessary for the humanitarian.
I show beautiful pictures from Kenya’s lakes with flamingos and I felt that Kenya is one of the last paradises of our planet. We have to protect our environment for the future generations.
If we consider the example of the nuclear accident in Japan, we can see that developed countries want technology, money, energy. But nothing is important without life.
I believe that it is inhumane to deprive from people of Kenya the most precious resource, the water, Just to have beautiful and cheap roses all around the year.
Please let me know your opinion, what you think as a citizen of Kenya."

Establish all information and created a form in France (A VOUS LA PAROLE) which is presented on Internet . http://en.calameo.com/read/000610153ff09cd3c8d2d
For engish spoken, as a second step I created videos with ecological content in French and English

And I invite European citizens to understand the problem of overconsumption of water resources of our planet. (The same happens elsewhere are farms of flowers, coffee and tea (in other african countries, India Ecuador...)
When the environment is destroyed, there are other problems too, displacement of populations, poverty, hunger, disease, illegal migration and human trafficking.

My country, Greece is a "door" to Europe for migrants from Africa and Asia. We live the drama of these people seeking to escape from poverty, hunger, water shortages, since we Europeans with our consumption habits (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day ....) destroy their natural environment.
