Great! As part of the amateur Mariachi singing contest event I'm shooting, 2,000 trees will be given out to attendants who want to participate with the 350 movement, so I will be able to document that as well! :)

350.org has a lot of events going on, but hopefully we will get footage of Bill McKibben, who first popularized the theory of global warming, and David Suzuki, another famous environmental activist....I'm pretty sure someone will get them tho :)

We do know about 350.org, Francis! They're doing very cool stuff. They have a cause page on our site -- you should join it if you haven't yet: http://www.onedayonearth.org/group/350. There are a bunch of other causes there to check out too... some great charitable work happening on 10.10.10.

Hello friends! This is the rehearsal session for an amateur Mariachi singing contest that I will document next Sunday. Thirty singers will participate to win three categories: Women, Men and Children. Entrance to the event is free, and more than two thousand people are expected to attend. The contest is organized by my family's radio station, celebrating its 70th anniversary. Note that no one is dressed up at the rehearsal. Mariachi musicians normally wear a beautiful outfit. I'm going to see what I can get from our Traditional Irish Music session on 10:10:10. We'll be playing very old tunes on pretty old instruments, and some very new instruments (penny whistle) that I've made. In the southwest of Florida. Go figure.
