Who are you and what is your profession?
My name is Luca Coltri I'm a professional Underwater Cameraman and a Diving Instructor
Can you tell us a little about your background and upbringing?
I live in "Latte" a little village in Italy, near the French border. I started to dive 24 years ago, and step by step my passion has be come my job. I work for Italian television (Rai-Mediaset-Sky) and for international channels. I have traveled for my work all around the world to realize underwater images but my really passion is Mediterranean Sea.
What inspired you to be a filmmaker?
When I was young I watched Jacques Cousteau's films "Silent Wolrd" and my dream was to become an underwater cameraman.
Who are your heroes?
I don't have Heroes, but I admire people who work every day for a better world.
What story do you want to tell on 10.10.10?
I wish to show you my "silent world"

My wish is that watching my images, people understand the importance of preserving the sea.
