Gingerbread Android 2.3 for U.S. Cellular Wireless Communications

On Friday, September 30, 2011, I visited the U.S. Cellular Mobile Wireless Center on Roosevelt Road and Ahres Street in Lombard where Josh offered to Upgrade Gingerbread Android 2.3 on my Samsung Galaxy S Mesmerize. On Saturday evening, October 1st, my Samsung Galaxy S Mesmerize crashed and went off into SAFE MODE all weekend, Saturday and Sunday, until Monday, October 3, 2011. Since then, my Samsung has been missing Help Files, and disconnected from LinkedIn and other networks. Today, at 5:30 a.m., the Samsung Galaxy S Mesmerize and U.S. Cellular went OFFLINE from the Network Telephone and Internet Services.

Once U.S. Cellular Mobile Communications goes OFFLINE, the Samsung Galaxy S Mesmerize crashes and loses stored data.  U.S. Cellular must have pulled the plug on the mobile communications network for customers early this morning.  Recovery takes five (5) hours or more to download mobile communications software again and recovered backup data.  Samsung has removed all Help Files from the new communications software.  Instead, there are three (3) electronic books to read:  Alice in Wonderland, Great Expectations, Pride and Prejudice.  I would rather read the Help Files to figure out why Samsung started crashing, disconnecting mobile customers, and disabling telephone and internet network services since October 1st, 2011.  There must be flaws, errors and bugs in the U.S. Cellular, Samsung network.
