According to sources, aircraft have been flying over the city firing at crowds. Monday, FEB 21 7:48PM Tripoli Local Time (EET)Helicopters are at this very moment shooting at protesters along Jamahereya Road. Probably the longest Road in Tripoli [and] is packed with people of all ages.

Libya Uprising Organizer - a conversation

On account of there being very little access given to media in Libya, we have been working with contacts from our global community to establish communication with people on the ground in areas of protest. We have been in touch with contacts in Tripoli and Benghazi. One Day on Earth Executive Producer, Brandon Litman, had a conversation with an organizer of the civilian uprising.…
