Hi Vivek. I believe that you will need to have them in jpeg format to upload them through the site, but we encourage you to shoot RAW anyway (but save copies as jpegs to upload) in case we ever need to acquire the photos in high resolution from you. Hopefully that answers your question!
You may upload them separately if that's easier, or you're welcome to edit them together. Which ever works best for you! Just be sure to keep the originals in tact somewhere on your computer or hard drive. :)
You have a few options for your large videos. The first is to split the footage into two uploads so that you can do them one at a time. Or, Vimeo also offers Plus and Pro accounts which allow for more than 500 MB uploads. Your other option is to just mail us the footage by postal mail. Hope that helps!
