Those guidelines are just content rights type stuff, I'm looking for file format. Do they what 24fps or 29.97fps, what resolution, what bitrate?

Alright, I'm in...been shooting with a 5D for a short period of time. I like to document lens conversion such as this one: http://vimeo.com/14891384
So, has anyone found details on what format they would like? I normally render my final web footage as 1280X720p 30fps maxmbps 10 and avgmbps 5 but I'd like to find out specifically what they want.

I'm new here. I've never even made a video but I want to try. I have a Sony Nex-3 that shoots in HD. does that count? Don't know what I will be shooting that day. We shall see....
