The Festival of Arts and Culture Paralello Universe is pleased to present its Preservation Zone of Cultures - circulated.

Circulated is a collective of art, culture, reflection, new principles and ideas. A rotating collective of Brazilian and foreign artists and hobbyists interested in joint projects and activities of collective consciousness. A space that supports study centers, production and artistic knowledge.

Our MISSION is to promote a new perspective on old paradigms and help build a society based on values ​​that favor HUMAN LIFE and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.
Our AIM is to preserve and expand multicultural, interdisciplinary and transnational Culture Trance, enabling a critical and responsible citizenship, understanding that the engine has to be institutions of its individuals, a key element in sustaining life.

Everyone will be able to participate by presenting new projects or just participating in the workshops that will take place during the event.
