On/off/on/off/on/off is a way of transmitting binary code through electric pulses. When writing out binary code, the "1s" are placeholders -- then you just add up all the numbers below them:
I went out at 5:45am to say hello to Orion, who is right above my country mailbox,
and to greet 10/10/10; which means on/off/on/off/on/off,
which equals "42" the degree that sunlight breaks into a rainbow.
It is the answer to the universe...
