The World's Story is Yours to Tell
Everyone is always so busy.
While you're passing a train and only see a glimpse of a stranger they're forehead or mouth.
Maybe just their eyes.
Just a glimpse.
Then they're gone.
Everyone only has time for themselves in New York.
It's noisy and loud, smells like urine in some places, people yell and curse at eachother, there are fights, rapes, gangs, violence, death, drugs, murder.
But I love it here.
I avoid the negative spaces. I'm not looking for it. It happens everywhere. Especially in big cities.
It's different from the suburbia that I come from.
In Orem, Utah you always see the same face maybe 3 times before you never see it again.
In New York you see a face once and that's the end of it. That's the only time you can meet them, only time you can get to know them or help them or anything.
There are endless faces, endless types of features, eye color, body type, stature, height. You can see every different religions and ethnicity. That's why I love it, Not because of the buildings or the celebrities, or the food or anything.
I love the people. All the different kinds of people.
That's why I love New York City.
