The band gave the audiences more auditive atmosphere and the various kites showed a joyful surrounding. The national swinging flags hung in each booth added the symbol of Birth to the this party. All the citizens in Taiwan truly hope that Taiwan will fly higher and higher in the world just like the rising kites.
