graffiti in mesa

living in mesa since i was a little guy i can remember that these street were not that covered in graffiti, i read in a new article about four years ago while waiting for my high school bus the article stated "that Phoenix is going to be bad as Compton. Also Mesa and the surrounding will be affected and become the same urban development." the year i read that was in 05' or 06', since then I've gotten in trouble and had my hand in the development of the statistic i read about. graffiti is a subject to that can be up for debate, the art-form to me holds enough lines and shades to be called art, graffiti is vandalism in no way I'm i justifying the means of hoodlums destructive way of expressing themselves. what i want the film to argue is even when graffiti covered ways maybe an dissident on the city. the artist values can be seen and most likely respected.
