The second annual Bastille Day Chicago 2013 Celebration was held on Saturday, July 13th as a Block Party, hosted by David Reithoffer along with a set of volunteer francophones and francophiles from the Groupe Professionel Francophone, the Alliance Française, and other French-American groups at the Daley Center Plaza across from City Hall.

The French Consul General Graham Paul welcomed everyone to the celebration of Bastille Day Chicago 2013 in remembrance of the symbolic values of Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity, shared by France and the United States since the 18th century during the same month of July.
