The World's Story is Yours to Tell

A Mother's Day Story: Alias Unknown Senior Citizen Who Lost Her Identity in Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois USA

I have not seen My Mother since January 12, 2006 when I found her injured at our Lombard Brick Bungalow, 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, across Mrs. Shimek’s green home and Robyn’s brick brownstone. Six (6) years have passed since the Du Page County Clerk Gary King told me that My Mother was dead, but I did not believe him when I replied that My Mother was not dead. Du Page County Social Workers at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and other medical facilities in Illinois have not contacted me as My Mother’s daughter and next-of-kin family member, even when My Mother was staying with me as a Lombard resident during November and December 2005, and January 2006. During November 2005, I helped My Mother get a Lombard Senior Citizen Identification Card at the Village Hall and Senior Transportation I.D., as a Lombard resident at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road near the York Township Senior Community Center in District 5, Du Page County, Illinois USA.
After six (6) years, in 2012, I still believe that My Mother is alive, even when the presiding Judge at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in the Du Page Judicial Center in Wheaton writes a court order to the Guardian Ad Litem not tell me as her daughter that My Mother is Alive under Alias Unknown status. The Du Page County Sheriff knows that My Mother is Alive under Alias Unknown status, but they would never tell me as her daughter where to find her. I have written to the Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan reporting that My Mother has been kidnapped, sequestered, and abused as a medical hostage for healthcare experiments and psychiatric studies in care of Pentecostal Baptist Church affiliates and other non-Christian therapy groups for infectious diseases, transgendered groups, and other gay/lesbian healthcare programs. For the last six (6) years “No one has ever notified me about My Mother’s location, healthcare, or blood transfusion needs in Lombard, York Township, Du Page County or in the Chicagoland area, for the State of Illinois, USA”.
I know that My Mother is still alive being used by the Illinois Court system with an Alias Unknown status as a medical hostage patient in senior community centers in Illinois. It is unconstitutional for the Du Page County 18th Judicial Circuit Court and the presiding Judge to deny My Mother the use of her God-given name and prevent her from seeing her natural children as an Alias Unknown senior citizen under medical healthcare and disability in the State of Illinois, under the Constitution of the United States of America.
In the year 2012, Anno Domini, I am being denied the human right to see or meet My Mother who is still under Alias Unknown status as a hostage in a medical healthcare facility in the Chicagoland area, in the State of Illinois, USA. God knows and My Mother knows that I looked for her during January 2006 and No One in the Village of Lombard Police and Fire Department helped me to find her while My Mother was hospitalized under intensive critical care needing a blood transfusion donor. Six (6) years have passed since January 12, 2012, and I know that My Mother is still alive under Alias Unknown status as a senior citizen requiring medical healthcare and attention in the State of Illinois, USA.
