The World's Story is Yours to Tell

Today is November 11, 2011. I am in Spanish class and it is 9:00 AM and we are having a fiesta!! At the fiesta, we are sharing chips, salsa and churos.
Now I am in my Faith Foundations class, and it is around 9:45 AM, and Katy Montgomery led Lectio Divina. Lectio Divina is when one student is selected to read a passage from the bible and everybody reflects on it either in prayer, in silence, or in writing in our journals.
I am currently eating lunch with my peer ministry group, and it is about 11:10 AM. We are talking about our school dance.
It’s about 1:35 PM, and I am in Biology. We are doing an experiment with bubbles, where we measure the height of the bubbles in our test tube. It is very interesting.
Basic Drawing is a freshman art class. It’s 2:25 PM and we are walking around the classroom tracing leaves. It is surprisingly fun!
It’s 3:10 PM and school is now over! I am starting on my homework, while waiting for basketball practice.
It is now 5:30 PM and basketball practice is starting. We are focusing on playing “zone” defense and “man-to-man” defense.
Practice is finally over, and it’s 7:05 PM. I am on my way to the Shawnee Mission East playoff football game. I am excited to see all of my friends when I get there!
