Pledge



I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United Kingdom of Cambodia and the new Democrat for which it stands, one nation, with liberty and justice for all, that i will support and defend the constitution and of the United Kingdom of Cambodia against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that i will bear true faith and that i take this obligation freely without any mental reservation and purpose of evasion, so help me god, and we will never bring disgrace to our country by any act of cowardice or corruption, we will fight for the ideals of this democracy in our country, we will strive to quicken our sence of civic duties, thus, in all these ways, we will transmit this country greater, better, stronger, prouder and more beautiful than it was transmitted to us before. I believe in the United Kingdom of Cambodia as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just power are deprived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a kingdom; a sovereign nation of many sovereign province and city; a perfect unoin, one and inseparable; establish upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which Cambodian patriots sacrificed there lives and fortune. i therefore believe it is my duty to my beloved country to love it, to obey it's law, to respect it's flag.



Dedication



I would like to dedicated my beloved father prince: Son altesse Samdeck Krom Preah: Norodom Viriya and he was work as au conseille du throne government of Cambodia with his honesty and dedication to his country, and he like to help his country man when they are in trouble.



My beloved mother Neak Moneang : Thon Norodom, i would like to express my deep sincere love and appreciation to my beloved mother, who brought me into this world, and both of my parents assist me untill now, i will remember and never forget the rest of my life, and the effort and support of 100 % given by my parents and my whole family.



Acknowledgement

I am very greatefull and hornor to have very best friends around, spent their very precious time to help me when i need them most.

Prefatory Notes



My name and my party is new in the fireld, and and i suppose, i'm not the first choice of very great many. Our policy then is to give no offense to other-leave them in mood to come to us if they shall be compelled to give up their fisrt love.

Our Nation is the poorest and disadvantaged who are most directly affected by degradation of the environment of the wars, as resources become scarce and the quality of the environment declines still further, even more people are bound to become poor and disadvantaged.

Do you really want to live present dictatorship government in the same condition as did your parents or my parents , 100 years, 200 years, 300 years ago? You have got to try to improve your living conditions, and this cannot be done unless you do it.

The best hope of limiting the increase in the number of such people would be if the population could be stabilized.

The relationship of conservation of natural resources to the problems of national welfareand national efficiency had not yet donwed on the public mine.

Conservation is great moral issue, for it involves the patriotic duty of insuring the safety and continuance of the nation.



What people want in this world is not Ideology; they want goods and services from our own government.

No man on earth can be a good citizen unless he or she has a wage more then enough to cover the bar cost of living, and hours labor short enough so that after his or she day's work is done he or she will have time and energy to bear his or her share in the management of the community.



Oh Lord, let my country land be a land where liberty and freedom of democracy.

Is crowned with no phase patriotic wreath. But opportunity is real , and life is free, equality is in the air we breath.

We can make our constitution ... conferred, as against the government of Hun Sen, the right to be let alone-the most comprehensive of right and the most valued by civilized man or women.

T protect that right, every unjustifiable intrusion by our own government Hun Sen upon the privacy of the individual, whatever the mean employed , must be deemed a violation of the amendment.

We who desires or attempts to reform the government of Cambodia, and wish to have it accepted...

Must retain the semblance of the new forms; so that we may seem to the citizens that there has been change in our institutions, even thought in fact we are entirely different from the old ones.

Freedom is our Key to civilized our society. The extent to which we take freedom for granted in our daily lives is reflected by the confidence with which we drink our water, eat our food, take our medication, go to work, perform hundreds of ohter task without thought of peril.



Remember my fundamental premise of a revolution is that existing social structure has become incapable of solving the urgent problems of development of our nation.

That is my dream. If blood is to be shed , let it be my blood..... For my Cambodian citizens lives freely only by his readiness to die, if need be, at the hand of his brother and her sister , never by killing him.

If the government of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense. Our government is, or ought to be instituted for the common benefit, protection, and security of the people, Nation or community; .... And that when any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes , a majority of the community had and indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, or abolish it, in such manner as shall be judged most conducive to the public wealth.



Neither God or Budah , nor angels, or just men, command you to suffer for single moment. Therefore ti is solemn and imperative duty to use every means. both moral, intellectual, and physical, that promise success....Citizens of Cambodia, arise, arise ! strike for citizens lives and liberties and children's .... let your motto be resistance, resistance, resistance!

Fisrt you must understand the glory and the greatness of my revolution; when all citizens carry implanted very deep within us this revolution: Everything that is great is in the midst of the storm.

Whoever sides with the revolutionary citizen is a revolutionary.

whoever sides with Monarchy, Marxist and Mao is a counter-revolutionary.

Whoever sides with the revolutionary citizen in words only but acts otherwise is a revolutionary speech.

Whoever sides with the revolutionary citizen i deed as well as in words is a revolutionary in the full sense.



Such a truth is people right to equal liberty with government. Peopel was born with it. It is prescribe upon all the powers and faculties of people soul, and and no custom, law nor usage can ever disort to speak.



I am a Cambodian Democracy, i want to live as a free man in Cambodia, i want to speak free without fear, i want free to stand for what i think is right, or i want to free to choose those who shall govern my country.

The right of free assembly, the right of petition, the right to discuss freely and openly, by speech, by the press, by th pen, all political questions, and to examine and animadvert upon all political institution.

Freedom is a noble thing that we care, who lost his freedom, he lost all. Who hate freedom hate all sufficient.

Freedom and liberty can not be sold for all the gold and silver in the whole wide world.

The curse of poverty has no justification in our life.

It is social as cruel and blind as the practice of cannibalism at the down of civilization, When a human hungry and ate each other because they have not yet learned to take food from the soil or to consume the abundant animal life around.

Remember, power is poison, it's effects on every human mind when they work for government, but also because no mind is well balance when you work for government any where on earth, when dealling poverty like a packs of wolves and hounds whose lives depend on snatching the carrion.

Remember the dictatorship of our present government hun sen is the communist party and there maintain by recourse to form of violence.

Remember the system of government Hun Sen are building up the highest by corruption, political machines dominated by boss whom the corruption's believe essential to them to corrupt purpose of their own.

But the spoil system continue, that practice which turn public official offices, high and low, from public trust fund into object of prey.



The real issue with government of Cambodia using the money from other country who donated the fund to build Cambodia and instead of that government of hun sen build their own empire to strike and kill and selling innocent peoples to satisfied their own political need without public input.

There is a dangerous tendency on the part of government Hun Sen to encroach, on one excuse or another, more and more excuse upon government supremacy's.

the art of criminal :

( government corruption, criminal of great wealth, apoligists of corrupt wealth, powerful wrongdoers, hypocritical baseness, peculiarly flagrant iniquity, flagrant dishonesty, rottenness, greed, trickery and cunning, representatives of predatory wealth, wealth accumulated by iniquity, corrupt men of wealth, very wealthy criminal, corrption of organization of politic, evil eminence of infamy, wealthy malefactors.
