A very special day in a life of a 5 member refugee family from Kosovo, living in sub-standard dwelling.The family will benefit the assistance to improve their housing conditions. On 11/11/11 they will receive the first delivery of construction materials to use to build their own house. The assistance is funded by Council of Europe Bank, and delivered by UNHCR and German NGO HELP.
