- I am installing a community garden in a HUD housing project. The projects are often neighborhoods that have been forgotten in the community gardening movement (at least locally.) Down the street is a Wal-Mart (nearly within eye sight) and a local farmer's market is run nearby also. Yet this community still needs weekly assistance from a mobile food pantry.
