I began with a clip of sunrise from one of the towering mountains surrounding the capital: Sana'a. After A tiring hike at 5:30 A.M. I was alerted that the Yemeni special olympics team was having a few small races. Though I shot a few clips there as well, it was hard to shoot with the chaotic nature of the event and the amount of people present. A traditional Yemeni lunch followed composed of an exclusively Yemeni dish named Fahsa. I proceeded in shooting two small clips of traditional yemeni stained glass windows called gamariyas. Later in the afternoon I moved to the mystical alleyways of the old city of Sana'a for some panoramic shots over the city and a few shots of the bazaar and metal workers of the old city. To end the day I was lucky enough to stumble upon a traditional Yemeni wedding in the streets of the old city.
