The MYS Community Service projects are a chance to draw on the sounds, smells and textures of the real world and give Summit participants a powerful learning experience.

Indeed, the MYS Community Service projects are all about giving young people the chance to demonstrate that they can really make an impact in the community by taking the initiative themselves. When young people are given a chance to be active citizens, everybody benefits. Young people gain a sense of achievement, problems get solved and local people see the next generation making a difference.

Practice learning is a vital part of education and the MYS community projects gave participants the chance to implement theoretical knowledge, skills and values into practice. Indeed, the Community Day activities are a great way to end the Summit.
