As an Ethnic Affairs Advisor I'm the coordinating a leadership building programme of 10 young New Zealanders from diverse ethnic communities. Heritages represented in our group include Chinese, Korean, Sierra Leonian, Somali, Iraqi, Afghani, and Thai. Participants are all aged 16-24, and all aspire to future careers in local, national, or international government.

What did you film on 12.12.12?
The ten young participants would like to visit their favourite places around Auckland on 12 December and film themselves talking about their favourite neughbourhood / place and what it means to them to be an ethnic New Zealander.
