Focus of Study/axe de l'étude/foco de estudio
Had worked with the Indo Chinese Refugess ( Khmer, Lao and Vietnamese) for 9 years ( 1983-1992)as Community Organizer and Administration of the Community Based leadership structure by the refugees themselves. Presently engaged in a Philippine goverment anti poverty flagship program called Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino or Conditional Cash Transfer Program since its initial implementation.

Tagalog, English, litle Spanish, Khmer, Lao and Viet
What did you film on 12.12.12?
Vietnamese Boat people experience while sailing/crossing China Sea to the Philippines
