Studership (the Student Leadership Training) was held on 12.12.12 in Abeokuta, Ogun State, South Western zone of Nigeria, where student leaders that participated in the training were introduced to the concepts of leadership, critical thinking, idea creation and explored transformational model of leadership.

The date was dedicated to 'Leadership Development in Africa' by All for Development Foundation and her Network for Talent Discovery (NETAD).
