This was actually a day care on the right, and the main building was various things - most recently a pop-up art coffee haus (very under code) and next door behind this building it was attached to a very interesting club/movie haus called Razza. Now the all three of the attached (and artistically decorated) buildings are being torn down. This building is in the Seefeld district of Zurich which is one the richest areas here, so am sure the powers that be consider these buildings eyesores, so had to condemn them. They are doing that bit by bit with all of the really old interesting buildings on this strip. Sad but understand that many of them were in bad condition.
