Goshen Police Officer Jim Martin has his arm elbow deep into the boot. The question is, is he giving or taking? Accepting donations from Jim are firefighters Jonathan Schwaiger and Jim Lyons during the Goshen Fire Department's annual boot drive. Goshen is a small town located in the foothills of the Berkshire mountains in Western Massachusetts.
