Solferino Campaign

In commemoration of World Red Cross Day 2009. Red Cross Society of Seychelles presented IEC materials on International Humanitarian Law to the Seychelles People's Defence Forces (SPDF). A volunteer presented a sample of the documents to the SPDF, Chief of Staff.
