Community Management Committees decide which issues they want to tackle within the human rights framework

Community Management Committees consist of people who have participated in the Tostan program and who are willing to take on the responsibility of deciding which issues their community will tackle, and how. instead of relying on outside help, communities become stronger and more self-sufficient, and women and men have equal voices.
