Coco the Loggerhead Sea Turtle Rescued by Jeff Corwin

This is Coco, an 85-lb. Loggerhead sea turtle which the center vis caring for. She was rescued along with the help of Jeff Corwin as he spend several days with the Rescue Teams at this center. Jeff gave this turtle its name after spotting the turtles shell exposed amongst the oil shortly after the BP Oil Spill occurred. He reportedly said the shell looked like a floating coconut.
