I ate my breakfast at 9:00 a.m.I ate Rice Krispies Cereal with 1 % milk and a glass of Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials Rich Milk Chocolate shake. Rice Krispies Cereal consists of toasted rice cereal. It has Rice, Sugar, Salt, Malt Flavoring, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Iron, and Assorted vitamins. The Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials Rich Milk Chocolate shake has Nonfat Milk, Sugar, Maltodextrin , Cocoa , and assorted vitamins. I made this meal in my kitchen. I also ate it in my kitchen. It took me 10 minutes to eat it.
