Behold! 11.11.11

This is the park surrounding the MLK Center facing historic Auburn Avenue. On the grounds is this breathtaking statue by a local sculptor of Kunta Kinte, the descendant of Roots author Alex Haley, in that famous pose where he holds up his baby daughter during her baptism and says "BEHOLD!" That is also the name of the statue.
