What did you film on 12.12.12?
Our team spent the day with The No-Maddz, a talented group of singers/actors/dub poets who live a very naturalistic life in Bull Bay, one of the many rural areas of Jamaica.

A tropical storm had just devastated parts of the island, and many roads were impassable. With rain still threatening productivity, and our options quickly becoming very limited, the No-Maddz were gracious enough to host us and the decision to shoot in Bull Bay was made literally the night before.

2010 marks the 10th year the group has been performing together and they also released their debut album, “The Trod,” within the same month, Therefore giving the project much more significance than we had originally anticipated.

This is the result of something that started as a "project" and quickly became an incredibly memorable experience shared between good friends.

    Hello Kurt!

I just sent you a friendship request so I can send you a message about how we are organizing a little event in Kingston to host the screening of One Day on Earth feature film. You could also leave me your e-mail/phone contacts. There is something I would love to speak you about!
