I am hoping we can highlight our Village Courts program - a delegation from Bangladesh is here to learn about best practice in this area and it should show some great South-South cooperation. It will just be myself filming it on the flip camera though so the footage will be quite rough.
I have also asked our Bougainville office to do some filming on the day also to show their work down there - so we might be able to supply footage from both.

Thankyou - for your message I am going to write a tribute song touching on joy AFTER natural disaster - cyclone Yasi - will be singing it at our new home and adding photos of joyful moments I have collected over last 9 months in my area as well of me singing it at 11.11.11 - these moments are in my head while I sing the song - we've had song writers come through to cheer us up - and there is such a power of song! Gracias!

Sadly I'm not sure I'm going to get around to shooting anything at all today. Bombed with other projects including a treatment for a series of commercials. A bitter-sweet concession.

Thanks for the encouragement... unfortunately it's raining cats and dogs here on our corner of the continent, wind blowing sideways, and my daughter's kindergarten got canceled. A few creative challenges, all good. My shoot plans have definitely changed, but I'll shoot something with my young collaborator. I am reminding myself that many parts of the planet would be grateful for this downpour.

Our plans for this year wast not fulfilled because i had to work shooting a funeral for a client. it was not the greatest gig but it pays the bills. lol. We ended up shooting time lapses throughout the day when we got the chance and even they were rushed but they look good all the same, we will submit a timelaspe reel of the day a soon as i can sit down and edit them. Powerful photos by the way.

We did end up doing an activity on 11.11.11 with 11 young people doing 11 things at the same time showcasing some of what you can do in Niue. We are hoping to have our short video edited soon, the day was overcast so it didn't make for great filming and lighting. But our young 11 enthusiastic team members made the most of it and it was an epic experience for most of them. I hope to share photo's soon. Our gadgets gave up on us half way lol.

Thanks for the comments/compliments on my profile. I wasn't able to add much this year since I had to work all day but managed to film a little. I tried adding to the global song and basically improved something since I really had no time to prepare but hopefully it will be OK. I'm looking forward to seeing the results. Basically that was what we were able to come up with since Joseph said there was no one representing Ghana on the Global Song Collaboration we channeled everything to coming up with this video. The guy's name is Qofi Menza (music name) he's a friend who's into rap music (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skA1CVlFtaA) , http://www.facebook.com/pages/QOFI-MENZA/345049829010. Yes the song is original we wrote it like some two days to 11-11-11 shot and recorded the video and the song on 11-11-11.
