When do we upload the footage taken, in what format, should it be edited or raw and is it possible to know all that is expected of the participant?

Last year I heard about the project late and couldn't take part so I'd been planning what to do. I like to shoot everyday people, tell the true situation of things not what glossy magazines try to do to make a buck. I hope to film the challenges street children/young adults face everyday trying to make a living.
Before I forget, when and how am I expected to upload the film and how long can it be? Do we put credits at the end of the film? Thank you again.

Thanks for the kind words of welcome, I knew this event 72 hours ago, so it could not mobilize very personal, more Sao Tome and Principe will be present but, with some videos :)
