What did you film on 12.12.12?

Now it's time to tell my story. I have all the permissions to shoot it on this special Sunday the 10.10.10, which is important, because my location is a school. Beside of thousands of students there was one person, who studied at this school: János Neumann. Who was János Neumann?

A genius mathematic, who invented the computer on the base of the binary number system (101010...)
On this day we will have one minute, one moment, when numbers stand still.

On the 10.10.10 at 10 o clock 10 minutes and 10 seconds we will be at the place where Neumann, who used 1 and 0 to create the computer studied. This place is in Budapest, Hungary and Hungary was founded in 1000, which means 1010 years ago.

I will film at the high school, where Neumann studied, with 10 mathematic students, who will tell just one word to the camera 1 or 0. At the end of the short-film I we will see Neumann's sculpture. Without his invention the world would be not able to communicate the way it does today and this project maybe never would exist.

I created a group called Zero1. I would like to ask other members, who shoot on the 10 10 10 to give me 10 seconds of their day. I would like to extend my movie with a collage of faces kids or students from all around the world, who like mathematics. Therefore I ask you to shoot just one take, where we see a kid saying 1 or 0 into the camera in his or her native language.

In the group we will find out later on how to share the material.
