You can submit video and/or photographs. most still digital still cameras have video capabilities, so go for it :)

I am from Sudan, and I find this really interesting as I am doing my master on Gender and Development and we have a course about Media. so I am planning to make a movie. it would be great though if you can give us more information and instructions.
