camera phones 2 Replies

I'll be using a little Nokia phone's camera (it's my only choice). Is there any way I can improve the quality? The only info I have on the camera: stills are 2 megapixels.

My idea is to start early in the morning in empty places that normally fill up with tourists and get footage as they fill up. Then get more footage as the places empty out again.
