I love this idea. Could almost have a distributed Critical Mass from around the world. I've tried to do this kind of video before, but with very bouncy results. I've gotten good stills, but never any usable video footage. Anyone have any suggestions for how to stabilize the camera besides holding the camera in your hand (which I'm a little worried about doing on Baltimore Streets)? Especially easy to implement suggestions, as there are only 2.5 days to make the mounting point on the bicycle? :). Right now I'm thinking really low tech, like bungee cords to hold the camera down and a sweatshirt (or maybe a ziploc bag full of air?) to help as a dampener? Any other creative ideas? Thanks for any advice you might have!
