Anyone here looking to film in Scotland?

-and if you are- what are you considering doing?

I am primarily an editor (Avid and Final Cut Pro) but love ENG camera work and am very much looking forward to filming my day. I have shot some video for other events similar to this and had a great time, resulting in diary-like drama pieces which still tickle me. :)

I am considering what the Scottish Borders have to offer at this time of year as I live very remotely and keep it close to home. I am going to be exploring the environment I live in and how it affects our collective lives with a nod to the current economical situation we find ourselves in.

And as it happens I suspect that I will be doing what I love most of all that evening- to film live music! REALLY looking forward to filming some of the finest blues musicians who will be getting together for their last jam session of the year.

Usually I just let it wash over me but with having to plan for a shoot that evening means that I might be doing a bit more scripting.

Plan is set- I am actually filming musicians all that day with interviews etc. Will be in the Rosyth area as it happens, then on to Edinburgh for the evening. Anyone else filming in Scotland?
