Local Beaches is an environmental awareness based project that urges your students to explore the ecology of a nearby ocean, lake, or river. Students will document their local body of water through photography or video. A well used community beach, dogs morning and night, kids on windsurfers, teahouse, walking paths, rockpools etc i am going to document its use in 10 images over 10 hours to see just how it is utilised

Comment by Elisabete on September 3, 2010 at 10:19am: I have a big front beach by the atlantic sea, north of Portugal, with diferent attractions, sports, fishermens and sea ports. Maybe i'll have do some research, think about it.... and hope for some good weather in October... :-)
