Joao- Thats a really great idea. I liked how you had the impulse to do something meaningful after noticing the surveillance cam. In my opinion, it might be more interesting if you did it while people were in the shop, so they could hear what you had to say, and get some reactions. although, if having people in the shot would diminish the visual and audio quality, maybe think twice about it. Good work!

Hey Nick! Thanks for managing the group. I'm going for this script, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoiMpKhrKLA , in a Coffeeshop in Amsterdam, filmed by 6, maybe more surveillance cam's. I'd do it rather on the morning time, while it's closed. Or not? Got some comments, suggestions about it?

i'll go for a relaxing ambient/lounge track i think, with sounds taken from the city on that day (the market, the metro, city hum...) + probably nice electronic sounds and a percussion background ! I don't want to prepare it too much so i can let things come their way on that day;

suzanne- unfortunately, submitted footage must be from the actual 10.10.10 date. maybe there is a way to gather your students on a sunday?

I've planned to imagine, compose, record & mix a track on 1010. i'll film that as i'm doing it (don't know how yet). Should have a finished track by the end of the day.
