Event Description

---------- Project OtherWorld ---------

--- Observe. Record. Experiment. ---

People have encountered mysterious lights, objects, and beings throughout history. These events happen today. Project OtherWorld encourages the objective study, active pursuit, and possible instigation of meetings between man and mystery.

On Sunday, October 10, 2010, you are invited to participate in "OtherWorld Contact Day." Participants are asked to memorize a brief message (or the closest possible translation) and whenever possible, throughout their local 24-hour period, should close their eyes in a quiet secluded spot and repeat this request for open contact in their mind.

THE MESSAGE to be memorized: “Calling visitors to this world. Calling minds from realities beyond our space and time. We send you "GREETINGS!" Please give us some sign that you have received our message.”

We seek your cooperation and politely ask everyone to post and forward this information to as many sources as possible. More participants increases our chances for success.

Project OtherWorld has so many questions:

Are encounters with OtherWorld objects and beings accidental or deliberate or both?

Can humans instigate encounters with OtherWorld objects and beings? If so, how?

Can the landscape generate psychological and physiological effects?

Do earthly portals to other realities exist?

If these "High Strangeness Areas" are real, how accurately can they be pinpointed?

Is our thinking disturbed during an encounter? How can this be avoided or minimized?

Can some individuals act as "triggers" for encounters?

How much control do OtherWorld objects and beings have over the encounter?

Although any attempt to instigate an OtherWorld encounter reflects out-of-the-box thinking, the documentation of the event and collection and preservation of all physical evidence must follow established methods.

We must study yesterday to better understand tomorrow.

The more we know, the less we are surprised.
