Hi Chris,
It really helps...a bit. I understand about the video. Thank you.
But where will the students have to upload the ptotos to? - To the comment wall here or in the albums on the students' (teachers') pages?
could you make that clear? Thank you.

Yes, we will make links to the iEARN forum.

Hi Nataliya-
Starting Friday I think there will be a big button on the front page of this website - it will include instructions on how to upload videos. Be sure to also post a URL link to your uploaded video in the iEARN forum!
As to photos, you can upload them here (I think) as well as in the IEARN One Day in the Life forum.
Remember that there is no rush in uploading; as long as you shoot everything on Friday 11.11.11, you can take a few weeks to edit and upload at your convenience.
Hope this helps-
Chris

In answer to your question Chris. We will be filming different things around the school, and my eighth graders are going to film what they do on a friday night....I am calling the project, unofficially of course, Friday Night Lights :)

Hello again,
Chris....it is nice to see you posting again. We here in Omaha are gearing up for another great One Day filming. This year it is a little easier to involve more students as we will be in school. So today for the first time I had one of my classes explore the video database as an activity. I think it is some of the most authentic self directed learning I have ever witness....it was totally awesome to see my students so engaged. Has anyone else done activities with the database?
