Hello Sean ~ Thanks for your compliment. I am looking forward to participating in 12.12.12 and have spread the word asking the community at large to be a willing participant. I have no shot list at this point - I'm open to suggestion if you guys have topics that you want included! My film this year will likely be totally candid. I'll edit accordingly to produce a compelling story. Thanks! ~Don

Thank you. Yeah, my bible study is having a party that night and so I think I'm going to film some of that.

Thanks for the reminder. I'll probably film Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains if the weather is clear. Or head out to the wildlife preserve or the bison range and see what shows up there. Or maybe go to Glacier National Park. So many choices here in Montana!

Hey Sean, Since I will be teaching my high school art classes that day, it will probably consist of that. I will also be working on Christmas presents and maybe even doing a little traditional cookie baking. Who knows...each day brings new experiences. :)

Hi Sean,

I plan to participate on 12/12/12 although I haven't figured out what I'm filming yet. Maybe street musicians on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO.

Yes, actually, I'm planning on filming a typical day in the Mount Laurel Schools, a suburban Kindergarten through Eighth-Grade public school district in Mount Laurel New Jersey. I'm looking forward to it!

Hi, Sean - As it turns out, I'm traveling home via plane from vacation on 12.12.12, from Orlando to New York to Los Angeles. I'm hoping to document this bit of airport-hopping; perhaps to capture a little bit of life that these places where destination transitions occur. That is, while I experience my own destination transitions! :-) Thanks!

Thanks, I'll see if I can find something interesting that day. I'm in Madrid now so it should be a bit more interesting haha

Enjoyed assisting with this last year! I'll be having oral surgery 12/12/12 — not sure I can film while knocked out though it might be interesting footage! Hope the project goes well again this year and look forward to participating in future years. -jL

Thank you for your friendly comment!
I would like to take part in this event with a short film displaying my school children again. Nothing special. I let myself be surprised.

Best regards
Robert

Thanks! I don't have any events going on here. If I can I might make a trip up to Indianapolis, IN and ride the Poler Bear Express train, or maybe visit Santa Claus, IN to capture the festive town.

No I don't have anything planned in particular. I mostly work and write, I really don't have the time this year.

Thanks for the e-mail!! I'll be recording a one--man version of Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol" as I perform for a live audience. This is the same show he did when he was alive, playing all the characters.

Hi Sean, thank you for your kind words, the part with the child spinning and then getting lost in the crowd is also my favourite. This year I will be travelling from Bogotá to Washington DC that day, hopefully I will be able to capture something about both places.

Yeah mate, I will be filming something above or below the water... Not sure what yet but I hope you will like it!

How do we get to see the finished film for 2011?

Yes, Sean. I'll be filming again. I've moved since 11.11.11 and so I'll be looking to film the sunrise and sunset from my new location. I'm also a high school teacher and I'm getting some classes to work on something to add as well.
Cheers

Thank you so much for your message Sean. Yours is an interesting perspective!
I'm very interested in filming in 12.12.12. I'm currently in Vancouver, Canada, so I'm tempted to film aspects of this beautiful city. Thank you and kind regards,
Natalia

Hi Sean,
After shooting that stuff last year I had a hard drive crash and lost the raw footage. I now have a better backup system in place.
If I can get out on 12/12/12, I'd like to shoot some cycling footage again, but this time with more elaborate use of the POV camera.
