My sister had asthma as a kid and she died a couple of years ago from complications of pnemonia. In her honor, her daughters and I are going to participate in the Lung Association's Kaiser Permanente 5k Run/Walk at Red Rocks on October 10, 2010

Whether you want to run like mad, or slowly inhale the fabulous panorama, you don't want to miss this unique Red Rocks event! Event is presented by: Kaiser Permanente with the American Lung Association in Colorado. Directions from Denver: I-25 South towards Colorado Springs Exit #209B/6th Ave/Lakewood onto US-6 West Exit Grand JCT (CO-470), Exit onto I-70 West Exit #259/Morrison (County Road-93) toward Morrison/Red Rocks Bear Left on CO-26 East Turn Right on W Alameda Parkway Continue to upper North Lot towards the Plaza (start of race)
