- A charity event that will feature a restaurant giving away free buffet lunches to people who bring toys to donate to a charity that provides Christmas toys for kids who have cancer, because their parents can't always afford to buy them toys because of overwhelming medical expenses. The founder of this charity (Toys for Kids with Cancer) is a survivor of childhood cancer who was not supposed to survive to adulthood, but she did and is healthy and well now. She knows from personal experience how important it is for a child with cancer to experience some bit of normalcy.
